Do my staff need to download an app?
No. Everyone gets their shifts by text, with a link to the full rota and the Heard button. There is an app for iPhone and Android for anyone who wants it.
What happens when the 30 days are up?
We email you a week before. To carry on, add a card and pick a plan. If you don't, do nothing: your account closes, and we delete your data 30 days later.
Can I bring in the rota I use now?
Yes. Send a photo of the paper one, the whiteboard or the spreadsheet, and we set up your people, stations and usual week within one working day.
Where is our data kept?
On servers in the UK. It's yours: export everything as a spreadsheet whenever you like.
Who answers when I ring?
One of the nine of us in Ancoats. Every one of us has worked a service, so you won't need to explain what a split shift is.
